Happy third hatchday Bat Egg & v1.0-8 changelog

Greetings egg friends and friend eggs!

Bat Egg turns 3 today! To celebrate this hatchday, I've put together a small patch.

Highlights are a new unlockable skin, and some cosmetic interactivity for the main menu background. At some point, Godot disabled GLES2 fallback, so I've re-enabled that for anybody who needs it.
